"My passion in health and fitness roots back to my many years of figure skating and being an athlete on competitive synchronized skating teams. Growing up being very active, I learned the importance of fitness and nutrition, and how it had a huge impact on my overall health and performance both on and off the ice. Through the years fitness has always been something I enjoy to do; it is my stress reliever, it is my motivation, and it is somewhere where I can push and challenge my mind, body and soul. Today I am just as passionate and interested in health and fitness and I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm and knowledge with others."
